Tim is a director, shareholder and a founder of Wallace Scott, PC. He practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, business and individual taxation planning, exit and succession planning, tax controversy representation, entity formation and business growth and incentive planning.

Tim is a trusted advisor to the firm's clients; he provides unique expertise to the business owner, bringing a sophisticated tax, business and estate planning practice to complement the desires, plans and objectives of his clients.

Tim has been named a Colorado SuperLawyer Rising Star in 2010 and 2011. He is the Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau. He is a past board member and current member of the Finance Committee of the national Better Business Bureau organization, the Council of Better Business Bureaus, is a member of the Denver Rotary Club, and a participant with Junior Achievement. He is a past member of the Greater Denver Chapter of the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a nonprofit Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting and counseling on financial awareness to corporate and community groups. Tim is also a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation's Impact Denver Program.
